To manually track a workout, please follow these steps:
- Log into the app. 
- Tap the plus sign (+) in the top right corner. 
 
- Select “Track Workout.” 
- Choose the day and time you completed the workout. - Note: You can record workouts up to 7 days in the past. 
- Select a workout by searching the library, using filters, or scrolling through the list. 
- Tap the plus sign (+) next to the desired workout to add it. - Note: You can select more than one workout at a time. 
- Tap “Continue.” 
 
- Enter your workout details: - Reps 
- Sets (tap the plus sign [+] next to "Set" above the Complete Workout button) - Note: To remove a set, tap the minus sign [-] to the left of "Set." 
 You can also set rest intervals by tapping the Rest button in the top right corner and selecting your desired time.
 
- Tap the checkmark to the right of the number of sets. - Note: Clicking the checkmark bypasses the confirmation message that appears. 
- Tap “Complete Workout.”
