To manually track a workout, please follow these steps:
Log into the app.
Tap the plus sign (+) in the top right corner.
Select “Track Workout.”
Choose the day and time you completed the workout.
Note: You can record workouts up to 7 days in the past.
Select a workout by searching the library, using filters, or scrolling through the list.
Tap the plus sign (+) next to the desired workout to add it.
Note: You can select more than one workout at a time.
Tap “Continue.”
Enter your workout details:
Reps
Sets (tap the plus sign [+] next to "Set" above the Complete Workout button)
Note: To remove a set, tap the minus sign [-] to the left of "Set."
You can also set rest intervals by tapping the Rest button in the top right corner and selecting your desired time.
Tap the checkmark to the right of the number of sets.
Note: Clicking the checkmark bypasses the confirmation message that appears.
Tap “Complete Workout.”
