To participate in a Challenge, you must join it through your gym’s app.
Here’s how:
- Tap the "+" button in the top right corner of the main navigation. 
- Select "Join a Challenge". 
- You will see all challenges provided by your studio — these may include challenges that are already active, already finished, or starting soon. 
- Select an active challenge and tap the Join Challenge button at the bottom of the screen. 
Before joining, make sure to read all Challenge rules so you understand:
- Which exercises count 
- How progress is tracked 
- Any limits on workouts, distance, or time per day 
Note: Training units completed before joining a Challenge will not count toward progress. Only workouts completed after joining will be included.
