To participate in a Challenge, you must join it through your gym’s app.
Here’s how:
Tap the "+" button in the top right corner of the main navigation.
Select "Join a Challenge".
You will see all challenges provided by your studio — these may include challenges that are already active, already finished, or starting soon.
Select an active challenge and tap the Join Challenge button at the bottom of the screen.
Before joining, make sure to read all Challenge rules so you understand:
Which exercises count
How progress is tracked
Any limits on workouts, distance, or time per day
Note: Training units completed before joining a Challenge will not count toward progress. Only workouts completed after joining will be included.
