If your EGYM Smart Cardio workout from a device (e.g. treadmill) was not automatically transferred to your account, please note the following:

Duration: It may take up to 24 hours for the workout on a cardio device to show up in your app.
Privacy settings: Due to the new privacy regulations in effect since 25.05.2018, you must actively consent to the exchange of data between the studio and your app.

If you have not given this consent, the workouts cannot be displayed in your app. If you want to change the privacy settings, you can do so here.
