Why am I missing workouts in EGYM Smart Strength and Smart Flex?

If the EGYM Smart Strength and/or the EGYM Smart Flex devices in your studio cannot establish an active internet connection, your training results will first be saved locally on the devices and only automatically transferred to your account the next time an active internet connection is established.

So wait and see. If your training sessions including your activity points are not displayed after several days, please contact the studio staff directly regarding the internet connection of the devices.
