If you want to cancel your gym membership, please reach out to your gym.
If you want to delete the account linked to the app, the steps will depend on the app version you have or your studio provided. Generally you can easily delete your account directly in the app. Simply go to My profile -> Settings -> Privacy and tap on "Delete my account".
If you want to fully remove yourself from our EGYM cloud, or the above doesn't work, please reach out to us and we will do it for you.
Note: If your gym has a MMS (Member Management System) connected to us via API, please ask the gym to also delete your account there. Otherwise, your account might be recreated after syncing the MMS with our system. If your EGYM account is linked to a Wellpass membership, it cannot be deleted directly through EGYM App Support. Instead, you must contact the Wellpass support team by emailing [email protected].
