How can I use the goal center?

In order to motivate yourself continuously, you can set your own goals in the Goal Center within your gym’s app.

Goal Types

Depending on your app version, you can choose from:

  • Workout days

  • Training units

  • Calories

  • Time

  • Distance

You can also set your own goal timeframe based on when you want to achieve your goal.

Note: This feature is only available in certain versions of the app. Your gym can confirm if it is available in their version.
