Confirm you have clicked the Join Challenge button on the Challenge details page.
Review the Challenge rules to ensure your exercise type is eligible.
Make sure your exercise meets the Challenge requirements (e.g., for a distance Challenge, perform exercises that calculate distance).
Please note: Training sessions completed before joining a Challenge will not count. Only workouts completed after joining will be included.
Each Challenge has its own rules. Check the Challenge rules page in your app carefully to confirm if your exercise or training unit meets the requirements. These rules, including which exercises count and how they are scored, are set by your studio.

Common reasons workouts may not count include:
Exercise completed before joining the Challenge
Exercise recorded 0 distance for a distance Challenge
Exercise measured repetitions instead of distance for a distance Challenge
Exercise recorded distance but shows 0:00 time for a duration Challenge
The club excluded the exercise type (e.g., swimming for a distance Challenge)
The club prohibited certain exercise types from the Challenge (e.g., daily routines from Apple Health)
