How does Activity Level work?

Activity Level is a 28-day rolling period where you accumulate as many points as possible through workouts. The more intense a workout is, meaning the more energy your body expends, the more Activity Points you earn.

Activity Levels

  • Level 1: Wood – 0–799 Activity Points

  • Level 2: Bronze – 800–1399 Activity Points

  • Level 3: Silver – 1400–2299 Activity Points

  • Level 4: Gold – 2300–3899 Activity Points

  • Level 5: Platinum – 3900–6599 Activity Points

  • Level 6: Diamond – 6600–11,999 Activity Points

How the 28-Day Rolling Period Works

The Activity Level is based on your workouts from the past 28 days. Each new day, the points you earned exactly 28 days ago drop off your total.

For example, if you earned 1 Activity Point per day for 28 days, your total would be 28 points. On day 29, you’d lose the point from day 1 and still have 28 points total. This system encourages consistency in your training to maintain or improve your level.

If you reach the next level within the 28-day period, your Activity Points will reset to 0 as you move up to the new level. For example, moving from Gold to Platinum will start your point count over while increasing your level.

Note: Activity Points are different from any rewards points your club may offer for redeemable prizes or offers.
