Negative training is a very widespread training method in power sport to remove the muscles stronger and thus efficiently cause muscle stress and growth.
With the negative training method, unlike regular training, one can recognize a significant increase in muscle cross-section. In addition, the maximum force improves considerably in contrast to regular training.
