Go to the login screen in the EGYM app.
Tap the "Forgot Password" link.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
You will receive an email with a password reset link. Follow the link to set a new password.
If you have already tried this and still haven't received an email from us, please make sure to check your spam folder. If the email is still not found, ensure the email address provided is correct and associated with your EGYM account. Contact support if the issue persists.
