Reset your password
Open the EGYM app and go to the Login screen.
Tap Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Check your email for a password reset link.
Follow the link in the email and create a new password.
Not receiving the password reset email
If you did not receive the password reset email:
• Check your Spam or Junk folder
• Make sure the email address entered is correct
• Ensure the email address is the one associated with your EGYM account
If you still cannot find the email, please contact EGYM Support for assistance.
Membership Verification
If you are prompted to Verify your Membership when logging in, it means your app account is either:
• Not currently linked to your gym membership
• Linked to an inactive or expired membership
To complete the verification, please ask your gym to provide the following information from your membership:
• Home Club
• Barcode
• Last Name
⚠️ Important: These details must match exactly as they appear in your gym's system.
