Why Your Activity Level May Reset or Disappear
Level Advancement: When you reach a new level, your points reset to 0 so you can start working toward the next goal.
Rolling Period: Older points expire as each new day begins, since the system always tracks the most recent 28 days.
App Changes or Updates:
If your club switches to a new app, Activity Levels unfortunately cannot be transferred to the new platform.
If you previously used an older version of the EGYM Fitness app and have now installed the latest version (or your studio’s personalized app), your Activity Level may not carry over. Unfortunately, this cannot be restored manually.
We recommend taking this opportunity to start fresh—set new goals, track your workouts, and build up your Activity Level again from your current fitness baseline.
