BioAge is a holistic fitness indicator that provides a personalized assessment of your body's health and fitness. It compares your strength, cardio, metabolism, and flexibility to average values for your age and gender.

BioAge is calculated from the average of the following components, with additional factors such as gender, weight, and height taken into account:

  • Strength

  • Cardio

  • Metabolism

  • Flexibility

How to Update Your BioAge

BioAge metrics are updated only after the designated tests for each metric are completed:

  • Strength test → EGYM Smart Strength Machine

  • Cardio test → EGYM Smart Cardio Machine

  • Flexibility test → EGYM Fitness Hub

  • Metabolism → Updated based on the overall progress of your training plans and workouts, including metrics such as BMI, waist-to-hip ratio, and body fat percentage.

To ensure your BioAge is as accurate as possible, it’s recommended to complete all three major test areas.
