An EGYM machine with typical usage parameters consumes an equal amount of energy as a commercial lightbulb, some 20-40 Watt. Since there are so many parameters to account for to calculate specific consumption, like the hours the machine is powered on vs off, the usage patterns of gym members, etc. it is impossible to make specific calculations for specific situations.

In general, like with any electrical device, switching off EGYM equipment if it is not used, like when your facility is closed, reduces the power consumption in your facility. Please note that the devices are disconnected from the power supply via the toggle switch (not via the main fuse).
