Basically, there are individual tasks and task chains. Task chains must always consist of at least two tasks

Individual tasks can be created in the dashboard of each member

Task chains can be created under the templates tab and then assigned to individual or all members

Under the tab tasks, only tasks of checked-in members are displayed.
