If your studio has set up a member management system with an interface to EGYM, please change the e-mail address in this management system and suggest to the member to also adapt the e-mail address in the app or on our EGYM website.

Alternatively, you can change the e-mail address of your member directly in the EGYM trainer app. Please go to the profile of the member and change the e-mail address by clicking on editing in the upper right corner. Please note that in this case, the members must do the change in the app or on our EGYM website themselves.

The double adjustment/change is necessary due to the stringent privacy policies.
