Under the templates tab, both templates for task chains and templates for training plans can be created. Use the selection option at the top. Through the + you can create a new template.

​Please note:

A name / description is a mandatory field when creating templates
Task Chains must consist of at least two tasks and all triggers must be selected
Created templates can be assigned to one or more persons
Only task chains can be assigned to all members
