If your member does not find or did not get the registration email, this is not a problem.
Contact EGYM support and request an e-mail with which your member sets a password and completes the registration.

If your member has no e-mail from us, please also make them check their spam folder.

Please note: The link in the e-mail is only valid for 2 days. If an error message appears when using the link, the link is probably no longer valid. In this case, the member should simply request again a new password through the forgot the password button on our website.
