How-To: Apple Developer Program License Agreement update

Apple is constantly updating its Apple Developer Program License Agreement. These updates have to be accepted before an app or app update can be released. They do have to be accepted by the account holder, so unfortunately we cannot do this for you.

Here is how to do this:

1. Go to the Apple Developer website.

2. Enter your Apple ID, and then click “Sign In”.
Note: Make sure you're logging in as the account owner. This can't be completed by anyone else.

3. You should see a banner at the top of the screen - click ‘Review Agreement’ to view the updated terms.
Example: please note, it might look slightly different for you.

4. Check the confirmation box and then click ‘Agree’ to finish.

What if I don’t see the banner?
Sometimes the banner may not display correctly. In this case, try accessing the "Agreements, Tax, and Banking" page directly through your Apple Developer account. Any important updates or approvals will always be shown on that screen

How-To: Apple Developer Program Membership Renewal

Your Apple Developer Account comes with an annual membership for $99 per year. If your Apple Developer Program membership expires your App will be removed from the App store, meaning new members won’t be able to download the app. Existing members who already downloaded the app in the past can still use the app but won’t receive any updates. Below is a step-by-step explanation of how to renew your membership.

1. Go to the Apple Developer website.

2. Enter your Apple ID, and then click Sign In.
Note: Make sure you're logging in as the account owner. This can't be completed by anyone else.

3. After logging in, you should see a banner at the top with a button that says ‘Renew Membership’. Click on this to begin the renewal process.

Please note: The banner only appears either when your membership has already expired or 30 days prior to the expiration date when you have automatic renewal turned off.

4. Please follow the steps in the upcoming screens, fill in your payment method information and finish the payment.
Please note: Once the payment has been completed, it may take up to 48 hours for the process to complete.

Please note:

If any of the above steps still do not work, please contact Apple Support directly, as we at EGYM Support are unfortunately unable to help you with this.
