Trainer rights can only be granted or revoked by the person who has the operator rights of the location.
This can only be one person in the studio or sometimes several. Each studio can decide for itself.

The person with the operator rights logs in to our website to assign or revoke the trainer rights and then clicks on the Studio tab. Once there, just click on the Members tab at the top to see all the people assigned to the studio. In this view, simply search for the name or email address of the person and use the cogwheel on the right to grant or revoke trainer rights.

If a person is not yet displayed in this list, it is not yet assigned to your studio. Simply invite the person via the EGYM Trainer App or the person logs in once at the EGYM Smart Strength devices. By both variants, a studio assignment is achieved and the person is then visible.
